X-CAL®Client with Photometer Kit
All medical displays must be calibrated to the DICOM 3.14 standard. The objective of this LCD monitor calibration tool is to ensure images are perceptually linearized. Gray levels must be discernible to ensure no loss of diagnostic information. The 5% level should be as visible as the 95% level, flat gray scale areas are unacceptable, and finally, the gray scale response must be consistent on all monitors.
