Double Black Imaging announced today that it has acquired the Image Systems PACS Display Business from Richardson Electronics, Ltd. (NASDAQ: RELL).

The purchase of the Image Systems Display division aligns with Double Black Imaging’s strategy to provide the highest performance USA developed calibration software and innovative display solutions that make imaging more efficient and provide the best service and support in the industry.  We are proud of the fact both Image Systems and Double Black Imaging develop 100% of their software and perform all display system integration in the USA.
