8MP Color NDT Display
Large-Format Inspection Review

The DBI 8MP large-format NDT display gives big digital-radiography panels and industrial CT datasets room to breathe. It shows high-resolution radiographs and multi-image layouts on one screen without scaling away detail. Front-sensor calibration holds the full surface to the DICOM grayscale standard, and every unit pairs with CFS and is serviced in the USA.

Built for DICONDE Workflows

Engineered for Large-Format Inspection Review

The 8MP large-format NDT display pairs a high-resolution panel with DICOM-calibrated grayscale and automated QA.

It is purpose-built for large DR detector panels, industrial CT review, and multi-image inspection layouts.

Large-Format Detail Without Scaling Down

Ideal for Big DR Panels and CT Slices

An 8MP large-format screen shows high-resolution radiographs at full size, so detail is not lost to scaling. CT slice stacks and multi-image layouts fit on one surface, which keeps related views together during interpretation. High bit-depth rendering and uniformity correction keep every region consistent.

GSDF Calibration for Large Format Imaging

Accuracy That Spans the Whole Screen

Large DR and CT images fill the entire panel, so calibration cannot be uneven. A built-in front sensor and DBI’s CFS Calibration Suite hold the full large-format surface to the DICOM grayscale standard automatically. Conformance is logged for audit, and any drift triggers an alert.

Stable Luminance Through Long Reviews

Large-Format Consistency Over Time

Large-format review sessions run long, and a big panel has to hold its output throughout. A backlight sensor and digital ambient light compensation keep luminance and grayscale steady across the whole surface. Scheduled re-calibration maintains the target across the service life.

The Same Resolution, a Very Different Package

USA Integration, Software, and Service

8MP displays are widely available, but DBI’s package is not. DBI calibrates it with in-house CFS software, integrates and tests it in Colorado, and backs it with USA-based support. Customers reach a domestic team directly, with no overseas RMA process.

8MP NDT FAQs

What is the 8MP NDT display best suited for?

An 8MP display provides a larger viewing workspace for radiologists reading CT, MR, PET/CT, and multimodality studies. The additional resolution helps reduce application switching and allows more images to remain visible simultaneously during interpretation.

DBI adds in-house CFS calibration software, USA integration and testing, and domestic support. The value is in the calibration, QA, and service, not only the resolution.

Yes. The large surface suits CT slice review and multi-slice layouts, keeping related cross-sections visible together during interpretation.

Yes. The large format supports multi-image layouts, so a big DR image and supporting views can sit on one screen. Layout control depends on your DICONDE review software.

Yes. It is calibrated to the DICOM grayscale standard used for DICONDE review (ASTM E2339), so DICONDE images display with consistent grayscale across the full panel.

A backlight sensor and ambient compensation steady luminance and grayscale, and CFS re-calibrates on a schedule, so the large panel holds its output through long CT and DR reviews.
