One Matched Calibration Across the Full Screen
Identical Grayscale on Both Sides of the Comparison
Comparison only holds when both images obey the same grayscale. A built-in front sensor and DBI’s CFS Calibration Suite calibrate the entire wide panel to the DICOM grayscale standard as one surface, not two halves. CFS logs conformance and flags drift before it can skew a comparison

Why choose a 6MP wide display instead of two monitors?
A single wide screen removes the bezel gap between compared images and applies one calibration across the whole surface. Comparison is faster, and grayscale is consistent from one side to the other.
How does it keep both compared images consistent?
The full panel is calibrated to the DICOM grayscale standard as one surface, and luminance uniformity control keeps brightness even edge to edge. A defect therefore reads the same wherever it appears on screen.
What inspection work is it best suited to?
